2 1/4lbs. of ground chuck
2 eggs
1 envelope of secret onion soup mix
1/3 c. ketchup
1 c. bread crumbs (approx.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and place in a meatloaf pan, cover with foil. Best if put together the night before and refrigerated.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour - after the first 30 minutes drain the grease, and then at 15 minute marks.
After 1 hour, uncover and final drain, squirt ketchup on top and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Serve.
