Crust:
1 stick butter
1 C butter
1/2 C nuts (walnuts or pecans)

First layer:
8 oz cream cheese
1 C confectioners sugar
1 8 oz cool whip

Second layer:

2 packages of Instant pudding (flavor of your choice)
3 C cold milk

Third layer:
8 oz cool whip

Directions:
crusts: Press into the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool on rack.

1st Layer: Mix on high and spread over crust.

2nd Layer: Blend together and pour oven cream cheese layer.

3rd. Layer: Cover entire mixture with the cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.

Refrigerate until ready to serve:
