2 sticks Butter
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
2 T sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and set aside to cool. Beat eggs and sugar. Add corn and stir cream and mix thoroughly. Add cornbread mix and blend. Spray 9X9 baking dish with cooking spray, pour in mixture and bake at 350º for about 50 minutes. Mixture will be set and top will be a warm golden brown.
