1 3/4 cups Swanson Chicken Broth
1 tablespoon canned diced tomatoes
garlic powder
Italian seasoning or Italian dressing powder pack
4 cups cut up vegetables ( broccoli , cauliflower, celery carrots) or whatever combination you have on hand
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat the broth , tomatoes, garlic powder , Italian seasoning and vegetables in a saucepan over high heat to a boil.

2) Reduce heat to low cover and cook for about five minutes or until vegetables are tender but crisp

3) Drain the vegetables and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese
