1 yellow cake mix
1 (10 oz) jar lemon curd (Dickensonís)
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 tablespoon. powdered sugar
* Reserve 1/3 cup lemon curd for frosting.


Directions:
Directions:
Make cake mix according to directions and add rest of lemon curd. Transfer into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake according to directions. Let cake cool completely. Whip cream. Fold in 1/3 cup curd and 1 tablespoon sugar. Frost cake.
