Chocolate Chip Cake Recipe

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. chocolate chips

Chocolate Fudge Icing:
1 stick butter
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Mix cake, pudding & sugar together. Stir in water & oil. Stir in eggs then sour cream. Finally add chocolate chips. Grease & flour a bundt pan. Pour cake mix in pan evenly.
Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.

Icing: Put butter, chips, sugar & milk in a saucepan over medium heat & bring to a boil. Stirring ingredients together, boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in
vanilla & nuts. Pour over cake.

This cake is good without an icing & just powdered sugar sprinkled on top. I have also left out the chocolate chips & it is good that way, too. However, if you want to make it
extra delicious, drizzle with the icing.
