2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened sliced strawberries thawed
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. red food coloring
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened

Directions:
Directions:
Drain strawberries, reserving 1/2 c. juice. Set berries and juice aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine eggs, oil strawberries and food coloring if desired; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in pecans. Pour in two greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 55 - 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool on wire rack. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and reserved strawberry juice until fluffy; refrigerate. Serve with the bread.
