1 pkg. white cake mix
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. oil
1 c. club soda
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. cold milk
9 oz. cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine & beat with mixer 4 minutes: 1 pkg. white cake mix, 1 pkg instant pistachio pudding, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. oil, 1 c. club soda & 3 eggs. Pour in well greased 9x13 in. pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Topping: Combine & beat for 3 minutes: 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix, 1 1/4 c. cold milk. Fold in 9 oz. tub of Cool Whip. Spread on top of cake. Sprinkle nuts over the top of the cake & refrigerate.
