1 sheet heavy aluminum foil
1 to1 1/2 lbs. Salmon fillet skin on
1/3 cup white wine
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons McCormick Salmon seasoning or other dried herb seasoning
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Lemon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place sheet of foil on a cookie sheet (2 larger than salmon). Place fillet skin side down in middle of foil. Fold up edges, crimping to form a one-inch high lip all the way around fish.

Mix wine and Worcestershire sauce in a one cup measure. Pour over fish. Drizzle oil and then sprinkle seasoning evenly over fish. Sprinkle on minced garlic.

Cook on grill (400 degrees) until fish is opaque or approximately 10-15 minutes.
