16 to 24 ounces salmon (cut into 4 fillets, or enough salmon for your dinner)

Mix together the following:
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 teaspoons honey

2 tablespoons bread crumbs (1/2 piece toast, crumbled)
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
salt, pepper, lemon wedges on table

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Season salmon with salt and pepper and place on lightly oiled pan. Smear honey mustard mixture on each fillet. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top and pat down. Bake 10 minutes/inch of fish thickness until it flakes when tested with fork.
