6 Diced Roma or 3 Fresh Garden Tomatoes
1 Small Package of Feta Cheese Crumbles
Small Bunch of Fresh Basil
3 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Garlic Bread -

1 - 2 Baguette
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables and herbs, add Feta Cheese. Drizzle with oil. Stir. Let sit for 15 Min. prior to serving atop Garlic toast made with Baguette sliced on the diagonal and drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil/ Grill or Broil or bake bread until crispy. Rub with fresh Garlic immediately.
