3 to 4 ripe avocados
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1 pound of tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup onion or scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 jalapeņo pepper; seeded and chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro; chopped

Directions:
Slice avocados lengthwise around center, twist halves apart, remove pits, scoop out flesh with spoon into medium size bowl. Mash avocados and then mix with rest of ingredients. Serve immediately or cover and chill. Great with tortilla chips.
