1 onion, chopped
1pkg. (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
4 eggs
1/3 c Miracle Whip
1/3 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 frozen pie crust (9 inch), thawed
1/4 c real bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375

Cook onions in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med-high heat for about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in spinach. (be sure to really drain well!)

Beat eggs, milk & dressing in a medium bowl with whisk until blended well. Add spinach mixture and cheese; pour into crust and top with bacon.

Bake 50 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown.
