4 pieces tenderized Round Steak
flour
Salt
Pepper
1 Lg can Tomato Bits
1 Lg can Tomato Sauce or Crushed Tomatoes

2 Medium Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge Steak in flour, salt & Pepper. Brown in skillet with small amount of oil. Drain off oil and add Tomatoes and Onion to remove the bits from the pan. Transfer to Casserole dish or Roaster pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Add plenty of Pepper. Bake at 375 for 1 hours.

Serve with boiled potatoes and a green vegetables! The tomato gravy is great on the potatoes too!
