8 c. pecans
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. All Spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 1/2 tbsp. water
1egg white
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl & then add the pecans. Stir the ingredients until the pecans are evenly coated. Spread them on a greased 15x10x1 in. (thickness) cookie sheet. Bake at 275 for 50-55 minutes. Remove the pecans & set them on wax paper. You can add a bit of cinnamon or sugar on top of the pecans if you like.
