8 oz. Box of Elbow Macaroni
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Small Can of Mushrooms, drained
1 C. Mayonnaise
Crushed Cheese It Crackers (Enough to cover top)
1 1/4 C. Chopped Pimentoes ( Med. size jar)
Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt
1 Can Undiluted Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:

Cook the macaroni in salt water. Drain well. Mix all the ingredients except the cheese crackers and put in 9 X13 casserole dish (or can use 2 smaller casseroles, if desired). Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Then top with cheese crackers and bake about 5 to 10 more minutes.
