1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
(Adds just the right “bite” to the balls)
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Have cheese & sausage at room temperature. Mix cheese & sausage together. Gradually add Bisquick. Combine all ingredients well. Roll into balls about the size of a large marble. Bake at 350º for 17-20 minutes until brown on top. Do not over cook.

The balls may be cooked for 10 minutes, cooled, & then frozen for future use. When ready to serve, let balls thaw partially & then finish cooking.
