1 Can of Mandarin Oranges
Carton of Low Fat or Light Cottage Cheese
Box of Orange Jello
Carton of Cool Whip
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oranges and chop into small pieces. Mix cottage cheese, jello, and cool whip together. Add nuts and oranges. Chill.

I use different sizes of cottage cheese and cool whip depending on how many I want to serve. Sometimes I add more oranges if I am using a big carton of cottage cheese and cool whip.
