1 lb. Ground Beef (lean) browned
1 C. Chopped Onion (2 small)
1 C. Chopped Celery
1 C. Chopped Green Pepper
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 C. Uncooked Rice
4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce (Lite is fine)
1/2 Tsp. Salt (or to taste)
1/4 to 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Can Mushrooms with juice
Chow Mein Noodles

Directions:
After browning beef, drain well and add the other ingredients. Cook in heavy pan with tight lid until it begins to steam. Turn on lowest heat, cook for 1 hour. Do not remove lid until ready to serve. Serve topped with Chow Mein Noodles.
