2 Cans of Squash
1/4 C. milk
1 Egg
1 Medium Onion, chopped fine
1/4 Stick of Butter
1 C. Grated Cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar of diced pimento
Cracker Crumbs for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from squash. Place squash in buttered casserole dish. Combine beaten egg, milk, onion, butter, pimento, and cheese. Pour over squash. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 400 about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
