1 package Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 C. Grated Cheese
1/2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C. Cheese Ritz Cracker Crumbs
Butter
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and salt to taste. Place in casserole dish. Add and mix well soup, onion, and mayonnaise.
Sprinkle cheese over mixture then add cracker crumbs. Scatter pats of butter on top. Cover. Bake in a 325º oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover the last 10 minutes to crisp cracker crumbs.

I found this in Janice's recipe drawer. I have made it several times but do not put in onion and I add more cheese.
