1 c. mayonnaise (I use Hellman’s lite)
1 c. of shredded Parmesan cheese (not the powered kind in a can)
1 can of artichoke hearts chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and put in an oven-proof dish.
Bake at 325º for 20 -25 minutes or until bubbly.
Sprinkle with paprika and/or red cayenne pepper to taste.
Serve on Melba rounds or plain pita chips.

This recipe can easily be doubled, and I usually do. People love this dip and beg me for the recipe!
