2 pork tenderloins (~ lbs each)
C peach preserves
2 T dijon mustard
2 tsp olive or vegetable oil
tsp dried thyme
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peach preserves, mustard, oil, thyme, and salt. Add pork; turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 8 hours.

Heat grill to medium heat. Place pork on grill; cover and cook 20-25 minutes. Occasionally brush pork with marinade.

In 1 saucepan heat remaining marinade to boil. Stir for 1 minute.

Slice pork and serve with marinade.
