3 cups flour, sifted
1 1/2 cups Crisco
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, crisco and salt in large bowl with pastry cutter. In a cup, mix water, vinegar and egg. Add wet ingredients to flour/crisco mixture. Mix well. Divide into two balls. Roll between was paper. Makes two single crusts or one double crust pie.
