2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
1/4 c. butter melted
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place potatoes in greased 8x8 glass pan. In small bowl combine butter, garlic, salt, and, lemon juice. Pour mixture over potatoes. Stir to coat. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes.
