1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Walnuts, finely grated
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine, melted
1 small Orange
2/3 Cup Apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375. Mix flour, powdered sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Grate walnuts into bowl.
2. Melt butter in microwave. Use scorer to create 1 1/2 tsp of orange zest. Add butter and zest to bowl; mix until crumbly.
3. Reserve 3/4 cup of crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of square pan.
4. Spread apricot preserves over crumbs within 1/4 inch of edge. Sprinkle with reserve crumb mixture.
5. Bake 27-32 minutes or until preserves are bubbly and top is golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
