1 3/4 Cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine, softened
1 Cup plus 2 T Sugar, divided
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour. cream of tartar, baking soda and salt in bowl; set aside.
2. Mix butter and 1 cup of sugar until creamy. Stir in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture 1/2 cup at a time.
3. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
4. Use cookie press to form wanted shape or drop tablespoons of dough onto sheet and flatten. Sprinkle cookies generously with sugar and cinnamon.
5. Bake 9-11 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove immediately to cooling rack.
