1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
5 large chicken breasts; chill well then cut into small strips
1 large head of lettuce, chopped
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 (3 oz) can chow mein noodles
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts

1/3 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons catsup

Mix all. Top with dressing. Serve immediately after adding dressing.
