3 T mayo
2 T chopped parsley
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 t Dijon mustard
1/ t salt
1/4 t ground red peppers
1 # lump crabmeat flaked
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/3 c dry breadcrumbs
2 T butter or margarine
1/2 to 1 t horse radish

Directions:
Directions:
Whish first 7 ingredient in bowl. Add crabmeat and freshbread crumbs, mix well. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper, using 1/3 c. measure to shape 8 patties. Coat lightly with dry breadcrumbs. Place cookie sheet in refrigerator for a few hours. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add crab cake and cook till golden about 3 min on each side. Mild tasting fish can be substituted for crab meat, saute fish in small amount of seasoned liquid first.
