2 eggs beaten
1 c milk
1 tbsp butter melted
1 c sifted flour
1/3 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Combine the beaten eggs, milk and butter. Add flour and salt and beat with egg beater until smooth. Pour into hot greased baking cups, (preferably glass, earthenware, iron, or enamelware, because they hold heat) until the cups are not more than 1/2 full of batter. Bake for 30 minutes at 450. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 15 minutes longer
