1 pound sausage
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 14 ounce cans sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup bread crumbs
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 T. parsley
2 t. prepared mustard
garlic salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onions in a skillet until sausage is crumbly: DRAIN WELL

Add sauerkraut, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper;Mix well.

Chill covered for 1 to 2 hours; shape into balls.

Beat eggs with milk ; coat the balls with flour. Dip into egg mixture, and roll in the bread crumbs.

Deep fry in oil until golden brown; drain.
