2 cups Flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 to 1 12 cups sugar
1/2 oil
1/2 t. vanilla
5 cups thinly sliced apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon into a large bowl. Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla, in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in apples and walnuts. Stir into sifted flour mixture, mixing well.

Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13" pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour
