1 cup grits
2 cups water
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese (Longhorn)
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 drops hot sauce


Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits, they will be stiff. Stir in butter, milk, eggs, cheese, and hot sauce.

Pour into baking dish and bake uncovered @ 350 for 30/40 minutes.

This receipt can be doubled.
