1 package Brownie mix of your choice, bake as directed.

Topping
1/4 cup butter
1 3 ounce pkg cream cheese
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup milk
2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine the milk, butter, cream cheese, chocolate square. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (about 6 minutes).

Beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Stir in Marshmallows and walnuts ( peanuts can also be used).

Immediately spread over cooled brownies. Cool completely: cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
