1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 T. vanilla
3 large bananas
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into greased loaf or muffin pans. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 45-60 minutes, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
