Eggplant, sliced thin
Egg and Bread crumbs
2 large cans crushed tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
5 Tbsp onion and garlic powder
3 Tbsp oregano
some red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dip the eggplant in egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry and set aside in casserole dish.
For sauce, mix together remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 hours. Pour sauce over eggplant and bake until hot.
