1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. uncooked instant rice
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pkg. spinach (chopped and well drained)
chopped onions and garlic
real bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the milk till almost boiling. Add remaining ingredients and bake in a 9x9 casserole dish for 30 min. at 350, or until knife comes out clean.
