4 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. cold water
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs - beat yolks - add 1 cup sugar. Add cold water, corn starch. Mix flour and baking powder. Mix with yolks and sugar and fold in beaten egg whites, vanilla or lemon.

Use ungreased pan in 325 oven for 60 minutes.
