1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 package Instant vanilla pudding (or lemon pudding)
2/3 cup oil (or 1/3 cup and 3/4 cup water)
2/3 cup sherry

Glaze:
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup Confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients and pour into tube pan. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.

Mix glaze ingredients together and heat to boiling.
