2 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate- melted
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over low heat. Add half of milk and stir until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and stir until melted. Add sugar and then stir in egg yolk and mix thoroughly. Add sifted flour, baking soda and remaining milk alternately and beat well. Turn into a greased and floured 8x8x2 in pan. Bake in a 375 oven for 30 minutes.
