Ingredients:  
3 large sweet potatoes
2 Cups of milk
1/2 Stick of butter
2 eggs(beaten)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp alspice
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup nuts
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes. Then mash and add milk, butter, eggs, sugar, spices and vanilla.

Topping: Mix flour, sugar nuts and melted butter.
Spread on top of yams.

Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
