1 lb. fresh asparagus
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
2 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp dill weed
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare asparagus-trim bottom 1/3 woody part. Place ingredients in zip lock bag, marinade for 1 hour, turning frequently.
Place spears on skewers or in greased grill basket. Grill over hot coals 5 minutes each side until tender crisp. Garnish with red bell peppers & lemon slices.
