1 10 oz bag spinach
6 slices bacon, cooked, drained, & chopped
2 hard cooked, chopped eggs

Dressing:
1/3 c honey
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

Combine salad ingredients. Mix dressing and pour over salad and serve.

Personal Notes:
I like to mix the salad ingredients and dressing ingredients (by the way, I only make 1/2 of the dressing recipe) and keep them separate and mix the two when I'm ready to eat. Like this for lunches.
