2 10 oz frozen Broccoli spears
1/2 cup shredded American cheese
1 cup cooked minute rice
6 cups chicken cooked
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook minute rice according to directions on box.

Cook Broccoli in a sauce pan and drain. Arrange in oblong casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 of cheese, then chicken and then top with rice.

Melt butter in a sauce pan over low head. Blend in flour and milk all at once and cook over med. heat stirring till mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Gently fold in sour cream.

Pour flour butter mixture over broccoli /chicken/rice.
Then top with remaining cheese

Bake in 400. preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes
