2 sticks oleo or butter
2 tsp. cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 large jar of marshmallow cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, oleo and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Then add flour, coconut and nuts and beat for 1 minute. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake until done - 20 to 25 minutes.

Take from oven and spread marshmallow cream on cake - let cake completely cool.

Icing:
1 box confectioner sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
bit of milk

Beat until smooth and creamy and spread on cake.
