1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Roll each into 5-inch circle and press into bottom and sides of GREASED muffin cups.
Brown beef and drain.
Mix catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili powder, and add to meat. Divide meat and put in muffin cups (about 1/4 cup in each). Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes (until golden brown). Cool 5 minutes before removing from tins.
