PASTRY CUPS:
1 cup oleo
6 oz cream cheese
2 cups sifted plain flour

FILLING:
2 eggs (beaten slightly)
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
dash salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Cup pecans (maybe more)

Directions:
Directions:
PASTRY CUPS: Soften cream cheese and oleo and mix well. Add flour blending thoroughly . Chill slightly then pinch off in marble size. Roll into ball and put in tiny muffin tins. Press thumbs into dough and form dough against sides to line cups with pastry.

Fill bottom of each cup with chopped pecans.

Fill pastry cups with filling mixture. Sprinkle additional nuts on top of filling.

Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temp. to 250 degrees and cook an additional 10 minutes. Cool in pan.
