1 cup spicy Italian sausage cooked and drained, crumbled
6 slices of bacon cooked, and crumbled
2 med red potatoes diced
3/4 cups onion, diced
1/2 t. garlic
2 cups kale, washed and shredded
1 box chicken broth
1 cups water
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 t. fennel

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a large soup pot, let it cook down, until potatoes are soft, add the cream at the very end of cooking.

Serve with salad and bread sticks
