1/2 cup butter
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup half and half
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp garlic powder (opt)
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter.
Once the butter is almost melted, add the cream cheese, ( cut into 4 pieces).

Once the cream cheese and butter is well blended, add the half and half, Parmesan cheese, shake pepper on top, (and garlic ) stir. Take off burner, and set aside so it can thicken up. Stir very few minutes.

Pour over your favorite pasta
