3 c. cooked chicken
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. onion
1 c. green pepper
1 lb Monterey Jack or Colby cheese
1 pkg tortillas
taco sauce or salsa - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Mix the chicken, sour cream, soup, onion and peppers. Add some of the mixture to the center of the tortillas, sprinkle with grated cheese, then roll up and place side by side in bottom of pan. Can cover with taco sauce or salsa (if desired) then smother with cheese. Bake 325 for 30 minutes.
